Who we are
West Grove AI is a brand of Pylon Solus LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through westgroveai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. When this policy says "we," "us," or "West Grove AI," we mean Pylon Solus LLC doing business as West Grove AI.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact or waitlist form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, business name, and any note you add about what you're looking for. We don't collect payment information on this site, because we don't sell anything here directly.
We also use privacy-friendly website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to see general traffic patterns, like how many people visit and which pages are popular. This tool doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across sites.
How we use your information
We use the information from your form to reply to you, answer your questions, and follow up about our services. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is doing and to improve it. We don't use your contact information for anything beyond responding to you and, if you become a client, delivering the services you've asked for.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of outside services (processors) to run this site and respond to you:
- Brevo, a transactional email company based in the EU, delivers the emails our contact form generates so we see your message. Brevo processes this information on our behalf and under its own privacy commitments.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides the privacy-friendly analytics described above.
We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it. We have never sold personal information and we don't plan to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship plus a reasonable period after, for our records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing reason to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information to contact you

California privacy rights
California law gives California residents specific rights over their personal information, including the right to know what we've collected, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We extend these same rights to anyone who contacts us through this site, not just California residents.
On the sale point specifically: we do not sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to ask us to confirm that in writing at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Our analytics tool, Vercel Web Analytics, is designed to work without cookies and without collecting information that identifies you personally.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for business owners and professionals. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on processors like Brevo and Vercel that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
