Who we are

West Grove AI is a brand of Pylon Solus LLC, a California limited liability company. When these terms say "we," "us," or "West Grove AI," we mean Pylon Solus LLC doing business as West Grove AI.

What this site is for

This website is a marketing site. It describes our services and lets you join our waitlist by submitting your name, email, business name, and a short note about what you need. We don't offer user accounts on this site, and we don't process payments here. Any actual work we do for you is set up separately, through direct conversation and its own agreement.

Acceptable use

You're welcome to use this site to learn about our services and join the waitlist. Please don't use it to do anything illegal, to try to break or overload the site, to scrape it in bulk, to impersonate someone else, or to submit false or misleading information through our forms. We can suspend or block access for anyone who misuses the site.

Our services

West Grove AI helps businesses with AI-assisted back-office work: ongoing back-office management, workflow automation, document intake, and admin assistant setup. Every task is delivered by a person who reviews and supervises the AI's work. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result. What you actually receive, and any commitments about it, are set out in the separate agreement we enter into with you once you become a client.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site, and nothing West Grove AI provides, is legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are not a law firm or a CPA firm, and nobody on our team holds themselves out as an attorney, CPA, or EA through this site. If you need advice in those areas, please talk to a licensed professional.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the text, graphics, and design, belongs to Pylon Solus LLC or our licensors. You're welcome to look at it and link to it, but please don't copy, republish, or reuse it for your own commercial purposes without asking us first.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure, and we don't promise that anything described here will produce a particular outcome for your business.

Limits on our liability

To the extent allowed by law, West Grove AI and Pylon Solus LLC aren't responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If we're found responsible for something related to this site despite that, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for services related to this site, which for most visitors is zero, since this is a marketing site with no purchases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to this site is handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
